Inspite of several request since last six months the dish tv company has not refunding the security deposit of the old set top box which was submitted to the dealer of the dish tv at Vadodara. Old V.C.number is 01500498996 Handed over to the dealer on 06.12.2010 Refund should be remitted within 45 days. Dealer says they have sent old set top box to dish tv but till date refund cheque not received. Dealer says the customer should contact distv Noida and if the customer calling Noida distv office they are not responsing properly. This is the drama going on since six months. My request is dish tv should take immediate action for refund of money as per terms and conditions for old set top box and not to make harrassment to the consumer who is using the distv services since last six years.
