I have connected my dish tv on 18 April, and paid all money for HD charge.
I was unable to some of the channels, for which I thought it might be take some time, after 10 days I have launch so many complaint to Dish TV and fortunatly today Dish Tv Expert visited to my place regarding resolving the issue of some channel which I could not see (Request No.58134973)
One shocking thing is that dealer of dish TV, MR. Milind Shimpi (Mob.no.9664440562) supplied me normal LNB instead of HD LNB, because of which I could not see all channels for which I have paid in advance, also he is not picking his cell when we call him for asking query like this.
This area is Dombivali (Thane district)
What needs to be done against such Dealers...??
Will DISH TV take their customers seriously?? Or they dont want?? Now a days it is behaving worst than Govt Employee,
Dish TV might be good overall area but in my area it's worst than hopless, i will recommend insted of Dish TV go to some other providers, atlest channels will be less money will be more but you will get quailty of service.,
