NOT ABLE TO VIEW THE CHANNELS EVEN AFTER RECHARGING THE STB

After buying it was going well for 1 year only the last month we didn't recharge but on this month we recharge the stb then also we are not able to see the channels we are getting a responce of ''reinstall services'' there fore please do some thing immediately our viewing card no is thankz
