Dish tv recharge
Money deducted but not recharged

I have done my dish TV recharge of two vc no:(01510173964 & 01500500274) on 7 Nov by paytm.com but they have not done the recharge and they didn't provide me the transaction id also. so please kindly do something about this otherwise my money will not refund.
