Wrong subscription with no updation

I regret to be an unfortunate subscriber of dishtv. I have paid Rs.1625/- Rs.200/- for three months family pack on 27.10.2011but I would like to

inform you that as per the mail from dishtv My Dishtv account has not yet been

updated for the VC 01514284658 as on this morning. The screen showing

as below ;-

Name: Blank, Mobile: Blank, Subscriber ID: Blank, Package Inf. :

Blank, Due Dt. : 25/12, Last Payment: Rs. 209/- Dt. 27/10.

May I ask you to whom & where else am I to approach? Please oblige me

with up date by today.
