I am writing this mail with utmost dissatisfaction after experiencing the
poorest service provided and Poor Customer Care by DishTV DTH service at Hyderabad. Here is my
painful experience:
Since One week I am unable to view the Channel and I am keeping calling DishTV Customer Care but they only forwarded my request to some backend without any resolutions. Also, I send so many emails to Customer Care but no positive response.
One of worst service Which i got from DishTV and would not suggest to have this kind of DTH Connection.
After my bad experience, I am requesting them to disconnect the connection and return the amount which i paid to view the channel. Even then they are not calling to us..
