Non working of dth

Dear sir

this is to inform you that i have purchased one dth from you by paying rs1690/- in feb customer id 35663616 and again purchased dth zapper by paying rs2690/- at the time of installation and in your advertisement you have said that rs.1000/- will be credited in new account that is zapper account

now my dth service is scrumbled and i cannot view any channels inspite of having balance of rs 371/- in old a/c no.35663616 and rs.1000/- which you have to credit in new zapper a/c which has been installed last month.my mobile no.9421241003 and wife mob no.9404432328 which has been registered with you.

i request you to kindly resume the services immediately after varifying your records kindly contact on mobile mentioned above incase you are unable to sort the matter
