AIRTEL
Recently I moved from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Hence, I got my Airtel DTH connection transferred to my new residence. I had logged a request to re-install it to my new residential address. But the company has failed to do that in more than 2 weeks time.
My first complaint was logged on Fri 10062011. It was done both online and call to customer rep. Since then I have made about 12 calls. Every time I speak to an agent they give me a new time and date for the engineer to install the connection. Moreover I had recharged my account and it is getting debited for daily usage, for a service which I am not using.
The company is insensitive towards its customers. Hence I would advise all you guys not to go with AIRTEL DTH connection.
