Hi,

Customer service experince at T-Sky is worsening.

This is with regrad to T-Sky remote which stopped workin after 95 days of exchange from authorised TATA Sky helplne. On calling Helpline office says you have to again pay 390 rs as its 5-6 dyas over due. Can you beat this; tata whihc was known to brand and srvice ia now mincing money like this? Office at helpline gives an example of his own purchsed T.V says if warranty expires one has to pay-- looks that these guys are sitting only for conveincibg people with there sales efforts.

I got stucked byuing this DTH and they say by Tata Sky plus -- HUH!
