Me Ajit Kumar (House no.-SFC-1, friends colony, ramgarh, near Aarti spinning mills, chandigarh road, ludhiana) going to complaint here about FASTWAY SET UP BOX.I have purchase set up box on 24th of March. After two or three days its stop working and shown no signal error (104).
i have complaint almost 100 (hundred) times to fastway number 9217092170, but still they have not taken any step against it. My SET UP BOX is not working for last 40 or 42 days and i am very surpriesd that they have not taken any step to solve my problem.whenever i call to FASTWAY, their executive asked tht my problem will be solved on tomorrow, but i cant understand that how many tomorrow i have to wait. One more thing tht its very rude to talk in customer service provider team, because they dont know anything about service and their talking manners are very rude. Its very shame on FASTWAY, its very big netork but they are not loyale to customer. Finaly i have decided today to change my SET UP BOX after so long suffering.

I have asked so many times a simple question that, : My problem will be solve or not? but very rude their answers which i cant say on here.
