No visibility of sky view channels

Since last 8 days I have been deprived of watching my sky view channels. In this connection, I have been lodging complain more than ten times, but there is no action as on date. Apart from the above, I have been trying to talk over telephone also. Unfortunately, no body is picking up the phone.
