My name is deepshikha. I am from Mohali #522, Phase-2, 1st floor. Its been 2 months that i am using the fast way cable connection. Not even a single day has passed that i didn't go through any trouble. Recently from past 1 week i am calling the customer care number (9217092170) continuously that i am not able to view the channels, the picture gets freeze after every second. They give me the same answer every time that we will resolve the issue within 6 hours of time but nothing is done.
Can anyone help me about it? I can understand that digitization is compulsory now but with such a poor service i feel that using that old cable connection was a better deal. I have spent money but i am not getting the service.
I have asked from different people using this service they faced the similar kind of issues. Even they are not that happy with the service. Is this the another way taken out to harass the customers?
Is there a way i can get rid of this problem of mine without spending more money?
