2nd week of Oct 10, the dth channal displayed frequency is logged such error shows 001. but the sub distributer told the STB is not working. So a new one can purchase and fix them. Despite repeatedly calling up the customer care, no service was provided. No technician came to my house to restore or change the STB. I was also told eventhough they have provided shoddy and negligent service I cannot expect any refund...
