Here i would like to draw kind attention of all who are using GTPL Cable service. Actually i am facing some problems with GTPL cable servie so i called them they told me that you please install set top box so all your probles will be solved. I reqeusted them to please installed it. but surprizingly after 100 follow ups they are not even responding well and till today i have not got my set top box more than 7 months. I think these people are only instersted in making money.
I reqeust them to please improve your service you people should atleast reply to your customers because your are their beacuse us not our existence because of you.
