Not broadcasting fifa world cup

Fifa world cup has just started.. but due to irregularities of gtpl ahmedabad millions of football lovers in ahemadabad, kheda, anand dist. cant watch world cup. they gave reason that they didnt pat money to espn-star.. but why didnt pay.. everybody is paying rental regularly..

my sincere request is to take some disiplinary action against them..and resume brodcasting of espn -star.
