My Customer ID 3003905767

Airtel were not able to install their DTH as line of path was not available on 28-Apr. They confirmed that refund would be given within 15 days into my account. I have followed up again and again and till today they have not given my refund.

WHAT TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE???
