NO SIGNAL IN SUNDIRECT FROM LAST ONE MONTH

DEAR SIR

I AM FROM FARIDABAD USING SUN DIRECT DTH FROM LAST ONE YEARS. FROM LAST ONE MONTH I AM VERY WORRY ABOUT THE SERVICES. IN FARIDABAD ALMOST PERSONS WHO TAKE THE SUN DIRECT DTH WORRIED BECAUSE OF VERY POOR SERVICES . AFTER ONE YEAR INDICATING NO SIGNAL WHEN WE CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY PICKING UP THE PHONE AFTER ONE HOUR THEY NEVER TOOK THE TOLL FREE NUMBER ALMOST RS.50/- SPENDING FOR THEIR RESPONSE AFTER THAT THEY SAY THAT SOME TECHNICAL FAULT OUR TECHNICIAN REACHING SOON YOU PAY RS.150/- BUT THEY NEVER ATTEND THE COMPLAINT IN TIME 2 TIME I WILL PAID RS.150/- WHEN TECHNICIAN ATTEND THE COMPLAINT WE FOUND NO TECHNICAL FAULT THERE. THEY CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKING RECHARGE SOON SO THAT CHANNELS ARE ACTIVATE. WHEN THEY GONE AGAIN INDICATING NO SIGNAL. WHAT ACTION CAN DO AGAINST THIS SERVICES PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLUTION
