Dear Sir/Madam,
I had registered a complaint against our digital TV regarding the Refund. It has been 35 days since then and we have kept calling the customer care many times to remind them of our complaint (refund) but they don't even care to look at the complaint once. They often told me that your problem will be solve within 24 and 48 hours and give me a call within 2 hours. But my problem is continue made. I had to finally turn to consumer court for help so that these gays don't repeat this behaviors with anyone in the future.
