WITH A OFFER IF WE PAY FOR 3 MONTHS WE CAN ENJOY THE VALIDITY FOR 4 MONTHS. ALWAYS I USED TO KEEP RS. 100/- BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT. NOW I AM GETTING A MESSAGE IN MY MOBILE THAT MY VALIDITY IS GOING TO END WITH 21/10, BY USING THE BAL. 100 RUPEES ALSO. CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE IS NOT AT ALL WORKING AND IT IS NOT ALL GETTING CONNECTED. NOW WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT TO GET BACK MY RS.100/- BALANCE AND ALSO TO GET THE VALIDITY TILL NOVEMBER. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM AIRTEL.
