Non updating in time my yearly subscription paid well in time

I have a Gold Pack plan in my subscription and I had deposited my yearly subscription through SBI cheque no 906500 on 27/6 and the money was debited from my account on 29/6 to the franchisee of the Dish TV (Bharat Systems in Bangalore). The rates of the same pack has been revised by the company w.e.f. 02/7 and I have been asked to pay the difference between the enhanced rates and the old rates whereas its the fault on the part of the frachisee of the Dish TV. I had spoken to the Dish TV also (Mr Yogesh) ata around 4.40 pm on 2/7 who said that we are looking into the problem. No Result so far. Kindly intervene and get the matter resolved.
