****ATTACHING THE COPY OF MAIL SEND TO NODAL OFFICER*****even this bounced stating that the nodal officer's mial box was full... of complaints ofcourse!!!
I am Binish one of the very unfortunates to have taken an airtel DTH and most regrettable to have spoken to the infamous airtel support personals.. Complaint raised on 10th of Jan.(as per Airtel its 13th!!) – regarding not able to view top-up channels.
To have the entire story of one month conversation very short, I still do not have a resolution with my initial problem, even when I get messages regularly on my phone that the issue is resolved!! from different departments. Out of pure frustration and no hope left for a resolution from Tech support, I am not calling back 12150. (There are numerous instances where, even escalation desk personals were indifferent and rude and non-cooperative)
Sum total of the issue is that after having recharged with 250 RS on 10th Jan I am left with a negative balance of –Rs 8 Rs on 8th Feb. Approx Rs 9/Day for the south new value package with no top ups working, which is blasphemous and ridiculous.. Kindly provide a resolution or return my money.
