Discontinuance of cable service for prolonged periods

I AM HAVING BSNL TELEPHONE NO 0141-2391468 WITH BROADBAND AND IPTV. THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY AKSH OPTIFIBRE IS OF MATCHLESS POOREST QUALITY . THE CABLE TV REMAINS UNAVAILABLE FOR LONG PERIODS RANGING UPTO MORE THAN A WEEK .

THE LATEST EXAMPLE IS MY IPTV IS NO WORKING SINCE 28.03.2011 MORNING . AS USUAL DESPITE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE BY ME ON DEAF EARS SINCE THEN . A VERY IMPORTANT CRICKET WORLD CUP MATCH IS SCHEDULED FOR 2.30 PM TODAY BUT EVEN AFTER 3 COMPLAINTS SINCE MORNING ON 141-2771177 I AM YET TO GET RELIEF .I AM MENTALLY DISTURBED BY THIS CALLOUS ATTITUDE AND DEMAND IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY SECURITY ALONGHWITH MY RECHARGE AMOUNT OF RS 1000/- IN JANUARY BESIDE RS 10000/- FOR MENTAL AGONY BEEN CAUSED TO ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS BY IPTV.
