EXTREAMLY POOR SERVICE

DEAR SIR,

I HAVE PURCHASED LG32 LD 345 LCD TV AND HAVE GOT FREE TATA SKY CONNECTION WITH FREE INSTALLATION WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ACTIVATION THE COUPON.

I HAVE ACTIVATED THAT COUPON AND REGISTERED MY INSTALLATION ON 26.03.2011 08.00PM, THEY HAVE CONFIRMED ME THAT THE CALL WILL COME FROM TATA SKY ENGINEER DO INSTALLATION WITHIN 72 HOURS.

BUT NOBODY HAS RESPOND FROM TATA SKY SINCE 72 HOURS,

THEN I HAVE REGISTERED 1 COMPLAINT IN TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING INSTALLATION AND THEY HAVE PROMISED ME TO DO INSTALLATION BEFORE 72 HOURS.

BUT I HAVENT RERCEVIED ANY CALL OR ANY PERSON FOR INSTALLATION.

SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED LCD TV OF RS. 25000/- TO SEE INDIA PAKISTAN MATCH -WORLD CUP 2011 AND I HAVE MISSED THAT GREAT MATCH BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE OF TATA SKY.

SO I HEREBY REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AGAINST THE TATA SKY FOR THEIR BAD SERVICE AND INCONVENIENCE FACED BY ME.

PLEASE TEACH SOME LESSON TO THEM AND PROVIDE ME GOOD SERVICE.
