I have purchased a dishtv connection online on 20th March and paid the sum as mentioned Rs 690.00 on the web. It was clearly mentioned that it would be delivered in 3-5 working days.
I waited for 5 days but no body came and delivered & installed it at my end. Every day someone from dishtv calls me and asks about the delivery. On explaining the above story false committment is made and nothing good happens then. Again next day same thing happened and it is still going on. Today is the 11th day and nothing is at my end while my Rs 690.00 is in Dishtv's pocket. They have cheated me. Kindly suggest me a solution.
