I have applied for a IP TV connection paying Rs.2000.00 (Landline no. 25552817, Prepaid CAF No.10030146) in middle of March. I got the connection from 16th March. Till that date it become a painful experience for us whenever we start watching.

Problems are as follows :

1. After the very first day of installation, I found no signal in TV. Later a plug found defective. Your personnel repaired it after next day of complain.

2. During watching an IPL match, in a crucial moment IP TV picture became freeze. Later it starts working but the match had already ended.

3. During watching Cartoon network same picture-freeze problem in time to time happened.

4. Last day, during a movie watch in "movies on demand" section after 20 min. of playing the picture became totally freeze with no other operation left for me except switching off.

5.The operating procedure is too much difficult with respect to existing cable network. Especially for my old parents, as they are the main viewers. Even after a week they are unable to adapt the new system. I am facing their complains regularly.

6. My TV set and computer is in separate room. There is a problem of approaching computer room in any time, so watching TV is not feasible for us in any time.

Sometime it takes 5 min. to start TV and its accessories even if I want to watch for 5 min.

After all it has become a headache to watch TV and also humiliating.

I have not yet even receive the Free bag as per their promise after a months pass.
