They did not reactivate my account eventhough my account is recharged

Dish tv customer care service is waste of time. They didn ot respond immediately. After more than 10 minutes they respond and their reply was full of lies. Many times they disconnect calls while told me to hold.

My DC number is 01510132261 and i recharged for rs 200 on 4th august at 5.35pm. I received my account was recharged on mobile. i press my account button in remote it also shows that my account was recharged on 4th august and my next due date is 2012 .But while turn on tv it shows like that "RECHARGE YOUR DISHTV TO AVAILABLE SERVICES". while contacting customer care they said like that check your viewing card and check your antenna position like that. We checked everything is perfect.

"I recharged at 5.35 pm but now the time is 10.35 pm on 4 th august".

"I KNOW THE PROBLEM IS THEY DID NOT REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH MY ACCOUNT IS RECHARGED".

I am totally dejected about dish tv
