Not recieveing airtel DTH connection

I Purchased one LCD TV cum Monitor from Vardhman Electronics NARWANA. There was one offer with this product a Airtel Dish TV. for that I sent 199 Rs DD Along with all required Documents WITH REGISTRATION NO. to Solution integrated marketing services pvt. ltd, New Delhi on 2 Dec by registred post. I also registred my request on internet on dated 30 Nov. 2009. I also recieved a registration no. DTH NARW 3011093. But Still I did not recieved any reply from them. Please do nessecary action about this.
