I have already logged a complaint as below.
I would like to bring to everyone's notice that i got a call from the company. But they are now telling they can't pay us back. It was clearly mentioned by the person who came for taking the amount that its trial period & if we don't like to continue the amount will be paid back. His name is Shreyas, now he says i never said like that.
Both the maanger & him are palying a safe game. The manager is telling left to you & Shreyas, the company can't give back the money!!! The technical guy, His name ia Alaudin who came for connecting also said it will refunded. Now all of them are backing off. We are not fools to pay 1500 Rs for 1 month!!!
This is fraud company. Misgiuding the public. Please take action & give back our money.

I had opted for mayway iptv connection which was offered by BSNL as promotional offer for a free trial of 3 months. My consumer No. is 100049599. My landline telephone No. is 080-26593023. While the service engineers took more than 10 days to install the DTH service (i.e. on 19th Feb’10), the service was disconnected within 2 weeks for refusing to pay in cash the unauthorized service charges and rental during the subscription-free trial period of 3 months. Further the pressure of demand for cash payment was mounted up and this aspect was brought to the notice of your Bangalore Office. We did not get any satisfactory response from there too and on 2 October’10 we got an sms stating that the service has been disconnected. Even during this 2 weeks of trial period, the display was of poor quality. In spite of several reminders at your Bangalore Office, the security Deposit of Rs.1500/- collected by BSNL is not refunded till date and the agency is trying to collect the setup box without refunding the above cited security deposit. Even after 4-5 months and innumerable reminders over phone to your Bangalore Office, I am yet to receive the refund.
How do you justify this treatment to the loyal customer of BSNL since 1989 without moving to alternative service providers and availing their landline, mobile and broadband services.
Is it a new tantrum from BSNL partnering with private players to loot its own clientele? Will the concerned authorities wake up from long sleep (kumbhakarna sleep) and respond to my complaint.
Please kindly do the needful & request to give back our money as soon
