Non-installation of IPTV even after 1 month of payment

I have paid Rs.2, 650/- to the Agent FSO No. 002304, Sri Sudhir Orang of the company which provides IPTV services to BSNL customers, by cheque no. 397999 dt.07.01.2011 towards cost of 6 months' subscription and the cost of the set top box. My prepaid CAF No. is 10075423 and the consumer No. which has been allotted to me is 1008009900215. Till today the connection has not been provided, though the same was promised to be provided within 72 hours. I have to pay the cable charges to avail the TV facilities, even after paying for the subscription for IPTV. In the meanwhile, my broad band connection has been snapped and I am facing double jeopardy and am not being able to use the internet also. The Myway IPTV personnel came and delivered some cables and one set top box without activating the line. Repeated phone calls has failed to alleviate the situation. I request that my subscription fees of Rs.2, 650/- be refunded to me immediately with compensation for harassment as the court may deem fit. I have just retired from Central Government Service as Additional Commissioner of Income Tax in August and the incident is causing anxiety to me.
