I recently bought tatasky HD box and paid Rs 2600/- as cash to the tata sky representative who came to install the box in my home. I asked for receipt and he refused to provide the same and he said it would appear online. When later I pressed for bill or return the box the person then agreed to provide the receipt (Still waiting for receipt to be delivered).
I was also trying to unsubscribe to few add-on channels from my subscription and apparently I could not find the information anywhere on the site (May be hidden somewhere on www.tatasky.com). I then searched for tatasky email id to write to their support and could not find on their contact us page.
Tata is a respected name but today I felt that they are taking their customers for a ride. This surely is business malpractice and unacceptable.
