I am a Dish TV HD subscriber (Nitnivesh Arya from Hastinapur dist Meerut Uttar Pradesh, India). My VCNO 01512121432 and Plan is TruHD Premiere Pack for Rs. 450/- per month (including all taxes).
But I am not getting CNN IBN, Animal Planet &Times Now and all HD channels (ordinary version and not HD). Those channels are included in the package I subscribed already (platinum with HD base pack) and I am entitled to view those.
I sent the complaint to the customer service since last 2 months to till now. But even till now day there had been no serious service response from the Dish TV to resolve the issue. Looks like they are not interested in resolving customer issues.
All these days I am actually paying for all the channels. But I am not receiving all of them. I have many complain no as-61552492, 61425243, 60881510, 57967973...
but all time i got one message as Your dishtv complaint no% is resolved. We hope you are satisfied with the resolution. In case of any concern, call on 18601803474 with your com. I lost some money and time. Every months i paid 450/- per month but main issue is no HD channel is view enough ZEE channels. Dish Tv technician came my home but no solution and he said any second technician came and he short out this problem but i don't received any solution from dish TV till now. Mawana dist Meerut (Near about Hastinapur) is a customer care service provider but this is useless and bad services and non knowledgeable technician.
