I have purchased 2 Philips LCD TV 32" Model No 6306 on 18/1 from Alap Electronics, Swastik Char Rasta, NAvrangpura, Ahmedabad one for me and one for my maternal uncle. Out of this my tv get stopped working on 18th april. I contacted near by Anand Philips Service Center and service center officer come to check it on 25th april. He said to have replaced circuit part of tv which will take many days after that i contacted ahmedabad service center Mr. Pareshbhai contact No. 919825077310. Now new chapter started of part will be send to service center officer anand- Pappubhai contact No. 919898673848. which have taken 12 days. The personality Pareshbhai from Ahmedabad sent damaged part to Anand saying that courier service has broken it. Then Pappubhai from Anand come to home to replace it but that part has not worked bcz it is damaged. Then after few days on 13 June pappubhai took my tv to Anand service center and checked it and after few days he said me that your tv will be replaced.By the time i have register online complain on philips on toll free no. 18001022929 on 11th june complaint No. 1106120002 with my mobile number becz i had knew that bcz of not doing online complaint these personalities are fooling me to have suffered. Than up till now i have registered another 2 complaints for replacement thats are on 9th july complaint no. PAHM0907120154 and 26th july Complaint No.2607120002 to replace my tv with totally new one. But philips online help service exucutives not giving satisfactory answers i have talked with their senior executive also but they have not call me back uptill now about the date of replacement as they says we will arrange call back to you. After this time on today-28th july one of this senior executive talked to ahmedabad service officer about the situation and called me after giving me a long hold online that you will be given replacement upto evening today as other says everyday from last few weeks. I am tired of all this bloody nonsense things and dicided that on monday i will take my money back by giving bill of purchase if the Showroom service officer agree otherwise i will go for legal court procedure against philips.

And one thing is that another LCD TV at ahmed. of mine maternal uncle also get stopped 12 days before from today giving only audio and not showing video and same procedure for online calling to philips complaint registration and the service man come to check on my maternal uncle home and said to replace the part/circuit which will take 15 days.
