DELAY OF NEW tv CONNECTION

I have applied for a new set up box connection on 04.02.2010. In the period i have called to custmor care not less than 30 times . but yet no result. 1 st date failed on .16.02. Second date failed on 20.02.10, Tird date was to day . now time is 3.40 pm but yet no respond. I dont know what fault of mine. It is a great harasment to me kindly co operate,
