Indifference towards customer!

I approached them for booking airtickets to London and also processing of UK visas to me and my family. I paid the processing fee @ Rs.100/-pwe appn, Bank pass b ook PODeposit passbooks and a copy of the house document along with the applications. There was no response for two three days. When contacted for update they told the applications have not been submitted and told some worthless reasons. They took about 8 to 10days to send the forms. As a result my Visas were recd late and by then the airfare for my travel date went up. OK. They sent the passports and tickets, but did not send the documents I submitted. After I pursued they returned the P.O deposit books only. They did not return the Bank passbook and copy of the house document. Luckily, I refused to give them the original as insisted by them. I followed it up with several telephone calls and e-mails bu there is no response till date. Even their Managing Director never responds to any complaints. Unfortunate! That a customer is treated like this!
