Sir i have paid dishtv recharge in 07/04 platinum pack in my old vc no.01504987717 but some bad storm come in these days & then my vc system has blasting then next day i m going to market then buy new dishtv vc no.01512906002 but my dish tv is not working so can u help me only that my old vc no. balance transfer to my new vc no. 01512906002 platinum pack plz
