At first, my sincere advice to all Indians, please avoid dish TV DTH . The way India united against corruption, in some way we should unite against the private service providers who provides even worst service than Govt agencies. At least they suppose to help the customers at the cost of what they charge us. The monopoly of dish network on DTH is just too much. it has got poorest customer care and I gurantee you will just be frustrated by their monotonous replies. No commitment on what they say and no prompt response for any service you need for them. Being in a city, complaints are unanswered for days, then forget about rural areas. Roping Saharukh khan as endroser does not help a customer, rather good service helps.
Please avoid dish tv connection in future. At least it is my duty to let know my fellow Indians about this before they become a victim. Jai Hind...
