Deactivate after the payment and not showing the recharge payment

This is for your kind information I Naveen gupta have a dishtv connection /vc no 01504759642. I deposited the payment of Rs. 600=00 (Rs. six hundred only) by my credit cart by mail. I call many times on your customer care but always they couldn! t satisfied me. I gave them my transaction ID no which is 63211795 and Authorise code 053651 but they couldn! t help me and this is my last complaint to you in written. If in some times my connection is activate than O>K otherwise I have no any other option that I have to left dishtv and giving my views about dishtv to another person.
