Do not sign up for Dish Network through Infinity Dish! They send out flyers with free offers if you sign up and after they get you to sign the contract, you are out of luck. I signed up while they had an offer for a free Kindle Fire and after several hours on the phone being transferred between Infinity Dish and Dish Network, we still have not received the Free Kindle that we were promised. They record all phone calls, but we have yet to get someone to retrieve the call. Beware of free offers from companies that don't have anywhere on their website for you to contact them... So now I am being told that Dish Network can't help me and Infinity Dish washes their hands once the installation is complete. Don't be scammed by them, How can Dish Network do business with a company like that?
