It's being more than a week, since I have selected my ala- de-carte channels for my above I'd.

Till now I have contacted at paid customer care & had taken more than 60 minutes in all, and all the times I have been transfered to seniors who assured me of ala-de - carte package activation.

But unfortunately till now it's being not activated. I Moreover I was assured that daily burn cost will not be deducted till said package is activated, and but still I am losing my money.

It's really painful and irritating to talk again n again for same issue. If airtel is not capable of handling online request it should simply discontinue taking online request or at least remove option of ala-de-carte option from there.

Anyways kindly let me know if it is possible to start my selected channels or I should take any other decision.
