Asking Extra money

Hi Team,

Yesterday (26/12) i have purchased D2H connection from Online, My customer id is 86121275.

Today i got the call from local service station for installation of the device, but they asked extra 250 for installation, for that i have asked i have already paid 300 with the package then why and what for this extra 250, for that they told me that if you what to get installed you need to pay extra 250 then only they will sent men for that.

i refused pay that extra money, but he told that i need to pay extra money and cut the call.

Is this extra 250 authorized by Videocon d2h? then why it is not mentioned in Website? Is this will be the case for all the serive what i will get from Videocon?

I want to my Videocon D2h need to be set properly with proper device (no backside black work for paying extra money) without any extra money
