I have made more than 15-20 calls for re-installation, but it seems that after selling the DTH tv, nobody is bothered about after sales service.
Every time I call, I was given a new request no, executive simply apologies for delay and a new nonsense commitment and time was given.
most of the time call was disconnected. They do not have any proper system of customer complain. Operators are not transferring the line to seniors or to escalate the issue. Through mail also, only auto reply used to come.
Their licence should be cancelled.
