Hi Sir/Madam,
I have deactivated my DTH connection on Dec 1st 2011 due to change of address. I have given my new address to get refund amount. After waiting for few months, i sent mail to the concerned team and called customer care to check my refund status. After few compliants, i was informed that the amount is sent through blue courier to old address and it was received by someone. I registered complaint again but no reply and no status. Airtel guys cheating customers by not refunding their amount. They know adding interest and cheating but they dont think about customer. My details are below. Please help me in getting my money back.
