In April when you first introduced the HD channels we changed to HD Box. after a month I couldnt see the HD channels which the screen said we need to recharge... So I never bothered to call and recharge as i did not feel the need for paying an extra 90 INR.

But when I checked my statement in December i realised that you had been charging me from the month of april until now for viewing these channels which Tata Sky never showed me.

I need my refund back please... for all the months that you have deducted the money from... it is just not fair how can you charge me but the screen shows you need to recharge...

My tata sky ID iss 1040892455... please deal with this and dont cheat... i have been using Tata Sky from the UK and have never experienced such issues before so kindly check my records and you would have never ever found my complaints against yourselves... please deal with this and refund my money at the earliest...
