After receving full payment through online not conferming the orde

Hi, On 8th Jan i purchased a New Dish Tv HD box after full payment through online the payment was sucessful, but now more than 6 days over still they not confirming my order, i already provide all documents including transaction no and bank statement but now they tell me that they dont have proper information against my mobile no which i gave during the booking, dishtv customer care even not gave any reply of mail also, so help me regarding this. Dishtv Customer Care are the worst customer care becoz they just spending customer time without doing anything.
