Airtel Broadband
Connection not working at all

Hi,

I got Airtel Broadband installed a few months back, I am happy with the reception and services as such but i have been facing problems lately...

first, i wanted to shift my dish from the present location to other in same building and the vendor i had purchased the connection from said that i wouldn't be charged anything, but the guys who came took 300rs from me as installation charges..

Secondly, my satellite dish hasnt been receiving any signal though i have paid for this months subscription, my TV is not getting a single channel... i have contacted the person i had purchased the dish from but nothing has been done so far and it has been over 2 weeks now... whats the point of paying when you guys when i cant watch any programs...
