Need to matter to be addressed urgently, as it has been more than 15 days now when i logged my first complaint on 15/10 to customer care of Airtel DTH at 12150, i was provided the following service number -12705672, but still now the problem has been unresolved.
I called the customer care on 17th Oct, 18thOct, 19th Oct and so on, i had to explain everytime my problem to a new customer executive (as call lands everytime to a new person) then he/she provided me a service request number such as 13096961, 13044772, 12942971, 12920001, 12839601, 12836044, 12786232, and all these service number where closed without any service engineer visiting my house. So you can see that how may times i have called up, but still they have not responded
Now i as a customer feels myself as getting harassed, as i call customer care every day, even i have mailed them on [email protected] but all invain, they give me a system generated number, and the go to sleep
I have decided to move to another DTH service provider, but want a legal action to be taken against the company, for such consumer harassment and non-transparent hierarchy they have, by which no customer can speak to their top management
I need the amount invested on the purchase of the DTH back togetheer with penalty to be imposed to the company
