My Airtel customer id is 3001254622. Recently I have raised a service request for De-installation and Re-installation of DTH on 29th April. Till today i.e 9th May nothing happened on this. I have made more that 50 calls to customer service on this till now. I don't see any light at the end. Don't they have any service engineers in Hyderabad at all? Or simply they don't care about the customer once they sell the DTH service initially? If there is a genuine problem, they should at least call us and let us know this is the issue. Every time I call the service center I get a assurance that I will get a call or they are going to send it to escalation desk. With in these nine days I got 2 calls back asking if I got a call from service engineer and when I told them 'No' they said 'We will get back', and no progress after that. I seriously think that they need to re look their service model.
