I have raised a request to add a channel on 6th of May and i was told that the channel will be added in 5 days. But 13 days have passed and no action has been taken from Airtel DTH service provided. From 12 of May i am calling daily the customer care and asking for a resolution, they say that the service will be provided by tomorrow when ever i call, till this day i haven't seen any resolution.
Please provide me details what i can do to compensate for my time and frustation i am facing by this service provider.
