They have promised an installation on 9th afternoon at 2:30 PM. I took leave and waited for them. They did not turn up even after enormous number of calls that I made from my mobile. every call was on hold for long timke as well. Finally I asked for supervisor and the lady disconnected the call. I called back and was promised a superviosr call within 1 hour. Nothing happened. On 10th morning, called up again and was lucky enopugh to speak to a escallation agent. He has promised an installation now. In the afternoon, I am getting a call asking if the issue was resolved. What should I say??? I donno how they can take Indian customers for granted and do this to us. We might not be paying in dollars, but still we are paying and also much more than the local cable guy. Please treat customers with respect as we are ur bread and butter. Pathetic service. Issue still stands un resolved. Without installation daily my recharged amount is reducing as burn rate. Pathetic!!! I will never buy an Airtel product again.
