Non Attendance of complaint even after calling to Customer care and local Service centre
I have Airtel DTH connection. i have purchased airtel dth tv on 24th nov. after one day its start problem.. It's showing NO SINGNAL since 25 nov. I was able to lodge complaint after 1 Hr continuously calling on CC no .they representative promised me it will be attended before 5 pm O'clock on 27th nov But it was not attended, i had called 3 times at customer care center on 27th nov for the same but even after 3 complaints they do not been attended.
